Can you stay calm in times of chaos?

Can you stay calm in times of chaos? ~ With a tremendous amount of understanding and awareness and a commitment to be focused, the answer is yes, it is possible to stay calm in times of chaos.  We are living in times of great change.  These days, life seems to be demanding more of our attention, from all levels of our life, from the seen to the unseen.  From the seen, it can be about our relationships, jobs, or living environments.  From the unseen levels, it can be pushing our emotions and feelings and triggering fear, anxiety and anger. 

Now from a metaphysical or psychic perspective, when chaos makes it presence known in our life, it is making its presence known for a specific reason.  For starters, we have to get it out of our heads that we did something wrong, for chaos to make its presence known and felt in our life.  Chaos, from a metaphysical, spiritual or psychic perspective is there for a reason.  An important reason!  Chaos forces us to slow down and reassess our lives.  Are we spending all of our time being busy, so busy, that we forget how to sit down to a meal with loved ones?  Are we so busy, that we have forgotten the art of a good conversation with a loved one, whether it be family or friend?  Are we at jobs that are not working for us anymore and we keep on ignoring that need for a change?  And no, it is not about quitting the job, without putting a plan into action.  Are we in outdated relationships that do not support, love or nurture our connection to each other?  Is our living environment one of peace and nurturing, or do we feel drained from the environment? 

The above questions, are all questions that trigger chaos, that is possible to send us in an emotional downward spiral.  So, the question becomes how do you stay calm in the face of chaos?    And here is what I have learned on my 27 year journey, spending every waking moment in a realm of chaos and learning what chaos really means.  As an empath, with high intuition, with an understanding in emotional intelligence, a background in metaphysics; psychic and intuitive development, spiritual modalities and consciousness, know what and how you are feeling throughout the course of your day. 

Check in in the morning to how you are feeling.  Pay attention to thoughts running your feelings, actions and behavior.   Learn how to consciously breathe, to quiet your mind
