Memoirs: Experiences with ClickBank affiliates program

Click bank is nothing more than an affiliate scheme that pays next to nothing and involves you practically lying to people almost on a daily basis. I was roped into Click bank by a lady advertising on a local advertising site about 6 months ago or so. The ad title read "Data Entry Positions Available" I replied to the ad thinking "finally" I had just completed a post secondary education and graduated a computerized business management and wanted to put my new computer skills in effect immediately. This unmentioned name told me that this course would benefit me entirely as she had requested my resume prior. She than requested a $35.00 start up fee to start this so called Data Entry Position At Home.

I should have been clued in but so excited that I would be working from home around my busy schedule with children and was supposedly going to make about $15.00 per hour at this that I was completely blinded. I sent the payment and all to receive a crappy envelope containing photocopied paper with instructions on how to use Click bank. Not once had she mentioned that I was actually signing up to be an affiliate to mimic already existing web pages and try to sell these products to people through advertising on local and not so local advertising sites.

The response to these ads was not good and I was being called a liar by many. No one wanted to sign up to these web sites and this is also something else she failed to mention upon supposedly hiring me.

With Click bank, you do not make any money unless you can get people to purchase these products that the web sites are offering. You do not get paid hourly, you are not doing data entry and you are not hired by anyone! You sign up for Click bank for free!

So if someone tells you that they are hiring for Click bank and/or Data Entry, please make sure that what they say is legit before you do it. Ask for web sites before handing over money, ask for the name of the company that is hiring you and for god sakes, don't let them fool you. This is my experience with Click bank. Good luck to all who are seeking a work from home position!
