The world is a fast pitching ball
Coming at me troubled speed
Will I foul up, miss or strike out?
Give it or take perhaps I’ll walk
As spectacles are made in primetime of my time
Dealing with misleading premises of the umpire
Leave to choice only by fraction of time
Home I run as I hit and strike back
Beyond the just necessaries callings
Seldom have I grudged about
When my time is up
Up I shall set then
The direction of my own world

And I said 'hold me'
you said 'forever'
you said 'scared?'
i said 'never'
and we lay there
we had it all
neither
When we enter our own world
And the world outside starts to disappear
You make me feel like you don’t know any other
Everyday I ponder the condition of the world.
There is greed, prejudice, hatred, and violence.
They are at the forefront
