Best store-bought face wash

For the last few years, I have been on a seemingly never-ending search for the perfect facial wash and moisturizer. I have tried everything from drugstore brands to high-end lines from department stores. When I logged onto Sephora.com a few months ago and saw that they had Philosophy skin care products on sale, I decided I'd take a chance and try them.

I ordered Philosophy's "Makeup Optional Kit for Congested Skin." I have combination skin, with an oily t-zone, so this kit matched my skin type best. The kit contained several other products, including moisturizer and skin serum. As soon as my order arrived, I tried everything out. After using the Purity Made Simple One-Step Facial Cleanser, I noticed that my skin felt clean and smooth. It didn't clear up all my skin's issues immediately, but it did cut down on the amount of oil that my face produced during the day.

After a week of use, my skin was hardly recognizable. All of my blemishes were gone, and my skin stayed dry and clean all day. I even woke up every morning with dry, clean skin, which was a first for me in about 20 years. Combined with the other products in the Makeup Optional Kit, I looked and felt like a completely different person.

I have now been using this product for over a year and a half. Switching to Philosophy's skin care line has honestly been the best choice I have ever made for my skin. I look and feel so much better, and no longer have to cover my face in concealer and foundation to feel confident.

I have several friends and family members who have tried this face wash, and they have all given the product rave reviews. It is great on dry, normal and oily skin types. No matter what your skin's issues, this face wash will clear them up and have you looking your best.

Compared to drugstore facial cleansers, the Purity Made Simple cleanser is a bit pricey at $20 for 8 ounces, $32 for 16 ounces, and $40 for 24 ounces from Philosophy.com, but most major department stores, Ulta and Sephora have the product on sale from time to time. Many times, you can also receive a travel-size kit of products with your Philosophy order from most department store websites, which increase the value for money spent. The product is definitely worth a try for any skin type.
