Mozilla Firefox has proven to me, time and time again that it is the ultimate web browser. In my profession (Administrator), the effectiveness of your computer, its software and hardware makes the difference between a good day at work and a bad day. Having grown up with Internet Explorer and finding time and time again, bugs that can only be fixed by uninstalling, re-downloading and then re-installing. What a headache!

Some say Firefox is slower than Internet Explorer. Whether or not this is the case, Firefox is one hundred percent more reliable. I have never had an error message pop up and tell me 'Firefox is not responding' and see what I was working on disappear and the browser, close automatically.

One feature of Firefox I really like is the 'Personas'. You can customise your browser to reflect your individual style. There is also the abundance of features like: speed, security features, the awesome bar, privacy features, tab browsing, bookmarks, its own stand-alone email client (Thunderbird) which is readily downloadable from the Mozilla website, ad-on's, support and mobile phone capabilities.

Benefits for consumers include: faster web browsing for efficiency and productivity, security and privacy features allowing for protected web browsing safe from internet predators such as hackers, the ability to open up several websites in one easy to manage window, organize and add to your bookmarks with ease as well as being mobile;  internet browsing is moving quickly towards mobile phones by developers making websites mobile friendly and accessible, allowing users the capability to browse the web from wherever they are, twenty four hours a day.

Users also can take advantage of Mozilla’s mail client ‘Thunderbird’ and benefit from another fantastic Mozilla product. Mozilla also offers its consumers customer support; you can leave feedback on their website, report broken sites feature, you can file a bug report, use the online technical support to locate answer to your question or go into a Mozilla Community and speak to long time users and developers to get an answer to your question.

The main benefit to consumers whom are using Firefox or are thinking about using Firefox has to be the overall user friendly platform; it’s simple to download, to install and to use. Features that all other browsers have, Firefox has perfected. No bugs, no alerts or at least very, very few in my experience.
I would recommend Mozilla Firefox as the number one web browser for internet browsing, available.
