I keep a poem in my pocket-
some bite sized inspiration...
the kind I always hunger for.
I need to feel,
to exeperience my life-
making sense of the rain pouring down from the heaven
and the hot hot sun, both equally.
The poem is my pocket is a joy to keep,
and I'll never let it out of my sight.

Palms sweaty, fingers shaking
Eyes stinging, lips quaking
Can you tell me this is real?
I was drawn by your lovely face across the room.
My heart skipped a beat if you looked my way.
