Criticism and praise has been with pro wrestling for a long time. The Internet has made it known on a bigger scale. Ever since the demise of World Championship Wrestling, the wrestling industry has never been the same. In fact, this may just be an opinion but buying WCW was a mistake by the WWE looking back on it on the grounds on no competition that exists. Today, there is now TNA and to a lesser extent ROH. The question is talking about criticisms and why others should enjoy it but not go about criticizing it.
For the record, no matter what is written or said, keep in mind that it is going to exist. Why is that the case? Everyone has an opinion and a perspective on what they feel about the industry. There are those that criticize but don’t offer ideas but then there are those that do. Of course, there are people who believe that it’s a good product and will enjoy it regardless. Personally, everyone is entitled to think how they want to think.
In fairness, it would be best to look at the top two companies. Without seeing enough of Ring of Honor, it would not be fair to give it a rating on whether it’s a good company or a bad company. The first one will be looked at will be with TNA and then WWE. This is going to do with some criticisms and then a response at the very end.
TNA
With TNA, they have been changing going from weekly PPVs to now a regular show in Spike with PPVs every single month. They added legends in this business like Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair to name a few just in 2010 alone. They are older and that’s not something that should be overlooked. Yes, they set the standard in all of wrestling. Hulk Hogan is known as one of the top names in terms of drawing people into watching. Ric Flair is one who could wrestle great matches at one point. It is fair to say that they have left a mark in the company.
The one note is that from watching, it just seems like they are doing random heel and face turns. Better yet, it may seem more like there aren’t any faces or heels considering the product itself. That can just be from an observation and a misguided one. Hulk Hogan hasn’t been wrestling a lot and that’s a good thing because he just doesn’t seem to be able to go out there competing any longer. His role is just fine and there is no issue with it. Ric Flair, on the other hand, seems to want to wrestle a lot more but he really shouldn’t be competing anymore.
WWE
Just because they are the biggest company doesn’t
