The SECRET to cooking great food + a great PERSONALITY...

Admit it, you’ve been all over the net trying to find that best recipe for a certain dish yet find yourself unable to do it… Books, guides and other stuff the net will offer you will only get you through the gates. There’s still a big chance you’ll get knocked back when you try to enter the front door. You see, cooking cannot be rushed. There’s no 3 day guide to a great chef , that’s bull. So how do we do it?

Ever find yourself following a great recipe, cooking it right and still find yourself liking the satisfaction of eating your own creation? This is the first way to cooking great food. Learning to use and believe in your abilities as a cook no matter what stage you are. You see, cooking is an art that can only be furnished through hard work partnered with heaving passion. What better teacher could there be than experience itself right? Following the footsteps of someone else is good but it just makes you a shadow of that person. It’s time to head out on your own choosing which path to go to and making your own footsteps. That’s how you take on the world… And this just doesn’t go with cooking.

Cooking you should do everyday. Come on! It’s a good way of releasing stress, and forgetting stuff. Don’t think of it as work, think of it as a past time… Partner this with great music and your day should brighten up. Guaranteed! What you should do is wake up in the morning. Wash your face, grab a pan and everything you can get you hands on in the fridge and just start playing! What have you got to lose?! There’s no such thing as a waste of time when it comes to cooking, because you learn something new every time you try it. This leads us to another great tip.

DON’T BE AFRAID TO EXPERIMENT! Sure, it can go wrong sometimes but so what? The beauty of it is that you can try again! Never let a minor setback keep you from doing what you love. A little roadblock shouldn’t be much of a problem than it being an opportunity to learn something new. Maximize your cooking experience. Don’t be afraid to throw something different. ALL GREAT RECIPES were created by experimenting with different flavors, combining them and creating something extravagant. That is the beauty of having the right to choose for yourself. Use that right to the fullest!

Let me ask you something. Are you really going to live the rest of your life following something that’s not yours? You see, I’m not saying you should stop looking at others recipes, what I’m saying is that spice it up and make it your own! Don’t change the name and call it your own, change the ingredients! Don’t be a moron, you know it’s going to bite you back!

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW is that some of have turned into thieves that steal other people’s work and call it our own! That’s how far we have fallen… A cook must never act this way! Thousands and thousands of spices are out there with limitless possibilities! Why not utilize that? Let me tell you that there is no greater feeling than someone complimenting your hard work and knowing it’s yours truly.

You see, cooking starts with your attitude and personality towards it. Your outlook and values in life also affect your cooking. take what you have read in mind and consider where you stand…
