In the developing world, the lives of some poor, predominately women and children, have had their lives profoundly changed with the power of micro loans (microcredit). With an opportunity to have a little seed money, some poor woman have made great strides in setting positive examples for growing children and women by turning basic necessities into money making opportunities.
