So the most prolific goal scorer in soccer of the present has to be in my eyes Ronaldinho and considering he is an attacking midfielder i think that's pretty amazing. This player can change the game just by being on the field let alone even touching the ball, but when he does get the ball to his feet my god is he good. I was recently watching Barcelona's game against Athletico Bilbao and i know Athletico are on the brink of relegation for the first time ever might i add but every time Ronaldinho got the ball he was absolutely breath-taking you could see why he is the best in the world at what he does. He just make's it look so easy and care-free, the players on the opposing team in this game even got to the point where they were getting so embarrassed by the skills of Ronaldinho that they asked the referee to stop him doing his vast array of tricks. He's just one of those players that guarantees you entertainment when you watch him and he never scores an easy goal it's always something special. So thats my most prolific oal scorer of the present and now for the past, all i can say is all time Premiership leading goal scorer the one and only Alan Shearer. This man was a class above the rest, a clinical finisher, great leader and all round genuine person. His goal tally speaks for itself but what i want to talk about is his leadership qualitys and never say nerver attitude in the game. The clubs he has been at he has made a huge difference, he basically won the Premiership for blackburn on his own and allthough he won nothing at Newcastle he definately made a huge impact never before seen at any other club. He was worshipped as a god in newcastle and still is rightly so to. his arrival and his brilliant attitude to the game changed newcastle into genuine title contenders and a european force to be reckoned with. In my eyes Ronaldinho is the best player of the present but Alan Shearer is the best in the history of the game. thak you for taking the time to read my opinion
