Building an amazing team at workplace is a very crucial skill that we need to inculcate, practice and maintain the positive vibes within our circle. To achieve from great to an amazing team, we surely needs to go extra miles rather than what we need to go through together from 9am to 5pm on routine basis. Building an amazing team is more or less similar to building a healthy relationship. The foundation are all the same, no other than having a mutual understanding. That is the total focus point to develop positive value in each individual and eventually we would adopt the positiveness with our colleagues.
Two heads are always better than one, right? That is why we need a team. In order to achieve the high level of productivity we need an amazing team! The question is how to build an amazing team? Here the tips how:
1. Practice the transparency in communication at all levels. This is what most leader in big corporation missed out. An amazing team need an excellent collaboration from the ground up to the roof level. Be clear of the direction, job delegation and to ensure that everyone feels that they're part of the team even if he's just a dispatch boy. Put a respect to each and everyone who belongs there at your workplace. Well, a motivation talks from a great leader at least once a month would rather help in bonding all staff.
2. Practice this "united we stand, divided we fall". We all need to work hand in hand so that we can meet our target, and to achieve our specific goals. No matter what industry you involved in, it is all the back to basic things. Fostering all the good values needed in developing the teamwork culture. There is a definite for a team to face the hard time, and to resolve any issues we need to be open to ideas popped out. This is another crucial skills needed. We need people who can bend low and rising high when time is just right to do so.
3. Practice to award and make them feel good about their present to the organization. Yes, we're all do love recognition. This is how to appreciate talent, to retain them, to encourage them to do more and their productivity surely will boost up. It is a win win situation. People will always feels confidently good when they know that they're needed and somehow they do not really mind to go extra mile or spending extra hours working as they got the contentment to do so. There is no magic trick to have your amazing team, just simply inculcate the positive value.
