The best way to lose weight

The best way to lose weight is to first decide that you really want to lose the extra pounds. I know this, because I spent the majority of my life on almost every fad diet you could think of.
Before I write my reply to this article, I want to share with you atleast diets that I have tried

1. The infamous 'Cabbage Diet'.
This is a diet for super fast weight loss( I'm talking 15 to 25 pounds in seven days. I was told by the person that passed the ingredients to me that the diet was created for extremely obese people. She also informed me that I could dehydrate if I stayed on the diet longer than the recommended seven days. I lived the cabbage diet once a month for two months. I lost a total of 63 pounds in two months(the amount of weight you lose depends on the amount of cabbage soup you eat), and I ............Well, let's just say I had the healthiest colon in my family. I eventually stopped the diet because I began to feel weak all of the time. Oh I almost forgot to mention, that when I discontined the cabbage diet, I quickly gained more than 75 pounds.

2. The Vinegar, honey and destilled water diet (guaranteed to shrink your stomach).
I thought I had found the one real diet I could rely on when I stumbled across this one. I was given this liquid diet to shrink my stomach and waistline. It was simple, all I had to do was drink a half a glass a day until I wanted to stop. This diet flattened my stomach in two weeks. I went from a size sixteen to a size twelve in no time. I quickly learned that the vinegar took my appetite away,which made me eat a whole lot less than I used to, but it also stopped my monthly cycle that usually came at the same time every month. That went on the entire time I drank this liquid diet, but when I stopped, mother nature hit me with both months combined (if you know what I mean). That lasted for thirty straight days (I purchased twenty five boxes of femenine pads in one month. Twenty five boxes would normally last me a year, so you can imagine what I was going through. This time, I gained sixty pounds when I discontinued this one.

3. The Grapefruit diet ( quick weight loss in no time). All I had to do was drink and eat grapefruits every . Sounds crazy, but I did this for more than five months, and lost 100 pounds. I also lost most of my hair (I later found out that my new diet caused my hair loss.

4. Eating three meals a day(never eating after six).
After trying so many diets, I decided to eat three meals a day(no snacks or pop).
