The advantages of drinking green tea

Green Tea makes a delicious cup of tea; but this simple drink has more to than just it's great taste.

1) A Stress Reducer- After a long hard day at work, school, being a parent or just plain life a cup of green tea will help you wind down. Green tea is caffeine free so drinking it is a must . It will not keep you up at night unlike other teas, plus it has the health benefits.

2) Clear Skin From Blemishes- It's true! just by drinking a cup of green tea a day skin becomes perfectly clear. Green tea flushes out all of the unwanted toxins from the body. By rejuvenating the body the face becomes clear in the process.

3) Whiten Teeth- Green tea contains fluoride making teeth stronger. Green tea also contains other agents which will brighten and strengthen teeth.

4) Reduce Bloating- Green tea will get rid of that bloated belly. It will reduce bloating during a woman's menstrual cycle and will reduce water weight over all in areas of unwanted bloating.

5) Weight Loss- By replacing some sugary beverages, a beer, or some other unhealthy drink with a green tea some unwanted weight can be lost fast without much effort. Since green tea also reduces bloating this means up to 5 pounds of bloat weight can be lost.

6) Vitamins!- Green tea contains vital daily vitamins. Such as vitamins A, C, and E.

7) Health Benefits!- Green tea reduces blood cholesterol, strengthens blood vessels, helps prevents certain cancers, reduces the risk of strokes and heart attacks, speeds healing in all parts of the body, and strengthens the immune system.

8) Antioxidants- Green tea contains antioxidants like poly-phenols which are essential to the human body. Antioxidants pretty much just strengthen important molecules in the human body.

9) It's Just Nice To Drink- Green tea can be drunk cold or hot. Both are extremely delicious. Adding lemon or honey to green tea accents the flavor greatly.

10) Tasty Way To Sneak In Water- Humans are supposed to drink around 8 glasses of water a day. Green tea is just flavored water meaning you getting one of your 8 glasses of water out of the way for the day.

*Quick Tip- Green tea reduces odors. By soaking feet in a bath of green tea it will neutralize the odor and temporarily stop the feet from sweating. Also soaking your clothes in a bath of green tea will neutralize odors that sunk into the armpits of these clothes. (don't soak a white shirts in green tea!)
