Just when you think you have done everything you can do on Red Dead Redemption, you realize you missed something. There are trophies to be had, treasures to find, and best of all – hundreds of achievements.  After playing long hours, reading, researching, and kicking bear and bandit butt, I have put together this ultimate Red Dead Redemption achievement guide. For each achievement, you can get Gamer Points added to your Gamer Score which are also listed with the achievement.

• A Savage Soul (10) -Finish mission “At Home with Dutch”.

•  Austin Overpowered (25) -In single player, finish the Twin Rocks, Gaptooth Breach, and Pike’s Basin hideouts.

• Bearly Legal (5) -You need to kill and skin 18 grizzly bears to get the Bearly Legal achievement. This is actually one of the easier achievements – as long as the bear doesn’t kill and skin you first.

• Buckin’ Awesome (10) -You will have to break one each of the top three horses found in the game – the American Standardbred, Kentucky Saddler, and Hungarian Half-bred.

• Bullseye (20) -Accomplish 250 headshots, any mode.

• Clemency Pays (10) -Easy achievement, simply capture a bounty alive. Well, this is easy if you don’t kill all the bad guys.

• Dastardly (5) -Hogtie a woman and put her on a set of train tracks. Stick around and watch her get killed by the train. This sounds gruesome but if you want the achievement, you will have to play bad guy.

• Evil Spirits (25) -In single player, finish both Tumbleweed and Tesoro Azul hideouts.

• Exquisite Taste (10) -Find a gunsmith and buy a rare weapon. The gunsmiths are found in the towns and the weapons average $200 to $500.

• Fightin’ Around the World (5) -In single player, you have to knock someone out with a melee in every saloon. Remember to visit all the saloons or you will have to back track to complete this achievement.

• Friends in High Places (10) -In single player, use a pardon letter that has a bounty of $5000 or more.

• Frontiersman (20) -Acquire Legendary rank during any single player Ambient Challenge.

• Go Team! (20) -Play team based games in public matches and be on a winning team for at least 4 consecutive victory matches.

• Gold Medal (25) -In single player, achieve a gold medal rank for at least one combat mission.

• Have Gun Will Travel (20)
