Citrus Punch
This refreshing and festive thirst-quencher is perfect for any season. Spike it, if you like it, but you don't have to. It's that delicious! Best of all, it's simple!
Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz.) lemonade concentrate (thawed from frozen)
1 can (8 oz.) limeade concentrate (thawed from frozen)
cup granulated sugar
64 oz. orange juice (can be made from frozen concentrate)
16 oz. club soda
1 pint rainbow sherbet
1 lime (sliced thinly in wheels)
Mix lemonade, limeade, and sugar. Stir till sugar is dissolved.
Add orange juice. Stir.
Cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour (or even overnight).
Immediately before serving, pour juice mixture into large punch bowl. Add club soda. Scoop sherbet into bowl, and stir it gently a few times to encourage foaming. Let remaining scoops float in punch.
Place a lime slice in each punch glass as a garnish before serving.
