It is a fact that a physically fit healthy body is a sexy body! You don't have to have bulging muscles or be a body builder in order to be physically fit and sexy. When you are physically fit you walk taller and naturally have a little more confidence than you would if you were flabby. A tight toned body is sexy! When you feel strong, healthy and sexy you walk a little taller and people take notice even if your a shorty.

If you are trying to achieve a physically fit healthy body you will need to incorporate a mixture of strength building and aerobic workouts into your lifestyle. Along with developing a healthy mindset towards food. Food is fuel and we all have to eat. The goal is to learn to eat healthy consistently without denying yourself.

Generally it is best to get at least 30 min of some type of aerobic exercise everyday with a minimum of five days per week. Along with a minimum of some type of strength building workout at least 20 min. three times per week.

As far as eating healthy it is best to learn to allow everything in moderation. If you deny yourself chocolate or french fries you will end up binging on them. It is best to make small changes when developing a healthy eating lifestyle. An easy way to start is to reduce sugary snacks by adding fruits. Then add veggies, and cut back on serving size. Learn to recognize a normal serving size. We have gotten so used to super sized everything that many times we don't even recognize a normal serving size when we see it.

Remember, a physically fit, healthy body is a sexy body. And in order to have a physically fit, healthy body you will need to build muscle tone through strength building, lose excess fat and promote healthy heart circulation though aerobic workouts, and eat a healthy diet.
