Kimberly Williams-Paisley is best known for her roles played as Dana in the long running sitcom According to Jim, or her break out roll in 1991 with Father of the Bride. She’s a 5’5’’, dark haired beauty with a great career and a celebrity husband, country singer, Brad Paisley.
Born September 14, 1971, Kimberly is a native of New York and has been involved with acting since age 13. She was a sophomore at Northwestern University when she got the role of Annie Banks in Father of the Bride. Since her outstanding debut she has found herself with many guest appearances on popular shows such as Boston Legal, the 10th Kingdom and George Lopez. She had taken leads in small productions like made for TV’s Lucky 7, Shade and The Christmas Shoes. She has also started writing and directing short films.
In 2008, she co-wrote and released a children’s book called “Henry and the Hidden Veggie Garden.” All the proceeds of this book go to feeding children in poverty. Williams-Paisley can always be found working with a fundraiser or cause.

And we know Kimberly most recently in the role of Dana on According to Jim from 2001-2008. She found her way into 164 episodes, giving the audience sassiness and good laughs during the sitcom. Kimberly didn’t want to have a stereotype career once she found popularity with the Father of the Bride movies, so she constantly took up different roles to challenge herself and career.
However, Kimberly has been able to maintain a personal life without the paparazzi attacking her every move. Kimberly married Brad Paisley in 2003 and has been busy keeping up with motherhood and continuing her acting career. She even makes an appearance in Brad Paisley’s music videos Little Moments and I’m Gonna Miss Her.
The couple became parents in February of 2007. William Huckleberry Paisley goes by “Huck” but was named William after Kimberly’s maiden name. Their second son, Jasper Warren Paisley was born in April of 2009.
