So many words unspoken.
So many tasks undone
So much love not given
Strife between loved ones.
If I were to die today.
I would have lost the chance to shine
With the smile of completion.
If today I was to die.

Poetry: If I die today
If I die today
I hope that I have shown in every way
How much I love them, how much I care
That my life would not be the same
If I should die today
And memories came my way
I would think of her first
She who made my heart burst
My wife and
If I die today and looked truly dead
Would someone come in and make the bed.
And while you're washing my dirty dishes
Know
Your world won't implode.
Your soul won't begin to decay
if I should die some time today.
Diseases and disharmony
will
If I die today and my life were over,
What will you remember?
Am I someone you will miss?
How will you choose to reminisce?
