Have a budget but love to shop? Well, join the club! I personally am an expert on having a great wardrobe without spending all of my rent money. It's really as simple as following these three rules:

1. You don't have to shop at Nordstrom to look great. In fact, many notable designers are now making their creations available at discount stores. Yep! You can now find the hottest trends in fashion at your local Target! Just the other day I bought two Issac Mizrahi skirts for $4.99 each. They are beautiful, high quality and look fabulous! Many other designers such as Tara Jarmon, Liz Lange (maternity) and Mossimo are easy to find at Target too. It's not just clothing either - you can find great designer jewelry, shoes and home fashions as well! Even other discount stores like Walmart are branching out to find great designs for those on a budget. Other great places to look for deals on great clothes are Forever 21 and H&M. While the clothing in these stores tend not to last nearly as long as a high price purchase - it doesn't matter because you only paid $10 for it! If you are looking for great summer fashions, make sure to hit up these two great finds.

2. Don't be afraid to look. When it comes to shopping on a budget - you can't go into a store and expect to find a deal on the first rack you see. In fact, most bargins will be found FAR in the back. These may be items that were returned, that lost their place to the newest designs or just didn't originally sell. The secret to finding great deals on great fashions is just looking! It can be so easy to find great fashion if you just take the time to open your eyes!

3. Shell out more money for the staples. If you want a great outfit on a budget - find pieces you will wear all of the time and spend your money there. For instance jeans or black pants. You can pair a $5 tank with a pricier pair of jeans and still look like you spent a fortune. It's all about finding staples that will last and pairing them with trendy fashions.

So - now you have the top three ways to find fabulous fashions for a frugal female. Get out there and shop! You won't be disappointed with what you find...
