There are a lot of other sites that offer similar opportunities, but this is only helpful to the writer who knows how to take advantage of those opportunities.There are a lot of ways to increase your ad revenue earnings.

Quantity

Write a lot of articles. You can't write ten articles and expect to make a thousand dollars overnight. The more articles you have written, the more articles will be posted for readers to view. And the more article pages with ads for people to click on. In addition to ad revenue, the more articles you write the more people will see your name. This can give you some regular readers or at least some readers who are somewhat familiar with your work.

Quality

Whether you are an experienced freelance writer or a beginner, there is always room for improvement. The more quality there is in your articles the more likely it is that you get regular or repeat readers. One of the most important parts of the article is the beginning. Readers who are browsing the web for specific things will generally decide whether they want to keep reading your article within the first couple of sentences. Articles with good hooks are the best way to draw readers in. Also try to avoid common or basic grammar mistakes or misspellings. While most readers won't mind, it can turn away some readers and causes you to lose some of your credibility as a writer. Don't ignore basic grammar rules simply because your writing articles for a website instead of an elite magazine. Quality still counts.

Subject

Most writers have some kind of niche and prefer to write about certain topics. When it comes to ad revenue, you may have to spread your wings a little bit if you want to see more money. Some subjects are more popular than others for web searchers and will earn more in the long term. Familiarize yourself with the topics that will get you the most page views. These can vary from site to site, but its the topics that will earn you long term revenue that you want to focus on, and not necessarily the topics that will get you a good amount of immediate views. Subjects such as current events will not earn much revenue long term because people will only be interested in the story for a short period of time. Focus writing articles on subjects that people will have continued interest in. For example, articles on the economy are always in demand because it affects everyone. Write about subjects that will not only interest a lot of people, but will have new readers looking for your articles.
