A devastating illness, spreading like fire, this century: Cancer. What can we do to heal or even avoid getting cancer?
Cancer is over hundred thousand illnesses depending on the DNA of each individual; even if we know of a few different names only, like breast cancer, brain cancer and the other few cancers, each category has thousands of different cancers.
This why, research has such a difficult time, to find solutions. Let us also add that we have genetic cancer which is hereditary and difficult to cure while people who have no family history can be cured more easily.
What triggers cancer and how can we avoid getting this illness. Awareness is the most important factor. Knowing that our bodies all carry cancer cells that are dormant, we have to take steps, to keep them sleeping.
It all starts by having a healthy life, the food we eat, the places we visit, do we smoke or are we in contact with people that smoke, there are so many things that can influence and trigger the cells to wake up. One of the important triggers is our mood and stress, the more we live in stress the more likely the illness will visit us, in fact today one in six women has cancer.
We are here trying to find alternative ways to heal cancer. Your thoughts and way of thinking are one of the most important factors that will influence the illness. The more positive you think the less likely the illness will get the upper hand. The more you are loved and in an environment of love and care the less cancer will have the opportunity to spread and become more virulent.
Once you have cancer, your diet is of primary importance, the alternative medicines that exist can also influence cancer to move down and disappear. Naturally you need to choose your alternative doctor carefully, and most hospitals in the last few years have understood and started to accept alternative medicine so that they are building wings for such treatments in their hospitals.
I remember my late wife was diagnosed the second time with cancer, and she decided that treatment will wait six weeks, because she will go on holiday with our sons first because she had promised this. When we came back her CEA readings were exactly the same as when she left. On the other hand she refused to take one of the medicines that were prescribed to her and a year later it spread tremendously.
It is true that most doctors are afraid from cancer because they don't have full knowledge of this illness but the top doctors know exactly what is happening and what is needed and it is always good to follow their advice. Sometimes it is good to take your medicine and add some alternative medicine to gain strength.
So whatever you do always think positive and be aware of the world around you.
