Intuitive wellbeing: Steps to develop your sixth sense ~ first and most important, we all have intuition or a deep inner awareness. Back in the day, well, at least back to the early 80s, was when I actually began to consciously develop my intuition. As a kid, I always had a sense of something, long before it made itself known to me and my human and physical sight.
It is easy to say, that intuition has always been a huge part of my life. There were times in my life, when I needed to make a decision and I found myself tuning into what felt right and better for me, regardless of what others thought I "should" do. At 27, my awakening journey began.
The many ways that I would learn how to develop my intuitive knowing was first, by reading. Reading lots of books, to allow my mind to begin to open and get comfortable with similar stories that others were sharing. While reading, I found myself highlighting out what closely resembled my own similarities in developing my sixth sense.
Soon, I would find a group, with a teacher who was a clairvoyant, teaching how to develop this ability. In our group, meditation in the beginning and the end of the group, was one way to align each student, to the energy in the group, in that moment.
Psychometry was another way to tune into our developing sixth sense. Psychometry is when you hold something in your hand; whether an object or picture and tune into anything that this object wanted to share.
As my skills developed, I found myself guided to teach what I was learning. Eventually, I would add the Tarot to developing intuitive knowing.
For the first few years of this journey, as I continued teaching, reading and assisting others in developing, I was naive and innocent enough to think that this was all there was to developing this ability.
Now, after 25 years, with many, many experiences, that at first appeared as negatives, obstacles, and challenges, were actually in reality looking for transformation ~ for I had opened the doors to my abilities and my life was calling for alignment to these abilities. Eventually on this journey, I found that because my intuition/sixth sense was now online to my life, whenever I had an important decision to make, I found myself asking the question and tuning into what felt right and in alignment to my journey.
I have found that intuitive well being is a good place to live our life. With the changing times, calling to us for alignment to our heart knowing; living a life that is in better balance, while being emotionally settled and grounded, it becomes about taking more efficient steps to our everyday living.
Yes, we are all in the midst of change now and with this change, developing our sixth sense, can and will bring a sense of wellbeing to our everyday life.
With all the changes that I have experienced in this last 25 years, I cannot imagine having gone through these changes without my intuitive knowing as a part of my life.
Intuitive wellbeing does indeed become a part of your life, when there is a chance to develop our sixth sense, our deeper inner knowing.
As always, when awakening another aspect of ourselves, the process takes time, patience and commitment on this new awakening journey.
