I don't need another broken heart,
I don't need another life broken apart.
I am stronger, than ever before,
I know when to go, when hang around for more.
I've decided to go, keeping me whole,
the best thing I can do, the best for my soul.
I want self-respect, look myself in the eye,
So this is definitely my very last goodbye.
I wish you well, a safe destination,
you too don't deserve all the aggravation.
Whatever you're looking for, I hope you do fine,
I must remember you never were mine.
You heart lies elsewhere, I try not to mind,
I helped more than hindered, you might just find.
Wherever you go, whatever you do,
I always meant the words 'I love you'.

Poetry: My broken heart
by Iris Flower
It is torn, crooked, and twisted.
It hangs to one side open to more punishment.
It does not beat a normal rhythm,
my broken
Shall we set our minds a drift
Sitting soundly we humbly shift
Casting chasms rift by rift
Thoughts like icing sugar slowly
by Sondra Falck
Merciful Cruelty
Don’t spare my feelings.
Crush them.
Don’t soften the words.
Make them razors.
Make me bleed.
I lost the strength to fight
And given into the darkness
Tears flow day and night
Through despair and loneliness
My heart lay
by Binish Umair
I try to play a sweet,
music of life.
But broken strings of my guitar,
hurt me, it’s painful.
My fingers bleed,
yes!
