Movie scenes that make you cry

First I should start off by saying that I'm a crier. I cry a lot... it really doesn't take much. A sweet and simple kiss on a drama series, a marriage proposal thats out of this world, someones loved one passing on. I think its mainly because I think about, 'what if that were me?' and then I get emotional. These are just a few scenes off the top of my head that make me weep like a little girl. Enjoy.

* Titanic: The famous scene in which Jack freezes to death. So sad. They were so in love and then they could have possibly made it through this tragedy except out of pure love he saves her life instead of his. Chivalry is so dead.

*Crazy/Beautiful: The scene when Kirsten Dunst gets brought home, to her rich father, by the police. She had gotten drunk at a party and her 'lover' is driving her home, the cops pull him over and think that hes taking advantage of her. So they get her home and her dad comes out of the house, doesn't really care at all. Shes screaming at her father and crying and I can just feel her pain. It gets me every time. The kicker is when she asks, 'why do you hate me so much? you're taking away the one person who means the world to me.' tear jerker.

*Ray: The story of Ray Charles is nothing short of depressing with a splash of success and fame. It just shows that music comes from emotions and life experiences. This whole movie made me cry. The part that got me the worst was in one of his flash backs. Most people say its when his little brother falls in the big bucket. Nope, the part that kills me deep down is when he's first starting to go blind and he falls in the house and his mother is trying to teach him to do things on his own. Hes crying for his mom and she doesn't say anything, she just watches. He keeps crying and then slowly gets up himself and by listening he finds a grasshopper. It gives me goosebumps just thinking about it.

*A League of Their Own: Yes, I'm bringing it up in another article. But there is one scene in this movie thats moving. One of Gena Davis's team mates gets a letter from the war department saying her husband has passed. After their game the women go back to their house and Gena is sitting on her bed crying. Someone knocks on the door and guess who it is... Her husband. He came back from the war because he got shot in the foot. It was so beautiful, she was crying, he told her he loved her, yeah I cry every time.

*Lion King: I think everyone knows which scene is the saddest. I don't think I need to recap how depressing that scene is. Moving on...

*Little Miss Sunshine: This may be a new movie but its got some heart wrenching moments. Olive is doing some eye exams on her older brother. He has spoken in something like 6 months as an incentive to get into Air Academy or the Air Force. So she asks him what letter is in the circle and clearly its the letter A. The A is bright green and the circle is red, he cant see it. Hes color blind. He cant fly jets. So he starts going crazy needing to get out of the car, they pull over and as soon as he gets out he screams, he starts crying and then goes off on his family. I don't know why, maybe its because his dream was crushed by a simple mix up in his genes or because he was sort of waisting his time on something that didn't even matter. I don't know, its just a sad sad scene.

OK, I cant really think of any others at this moment. These are the ones that stood out to me. I know there are a few TV shows and Songs that have made me cry as well but those aren't the topics of this piece.
