I am a natural Brunette so obviously I am on this side of the debate. However, I feel that I qualify to respond because I was, for awhile, a blond. And at this stage of my life, I have grey hair.
Okay, that covers the fact that my qualifications would be valid. Added to that, the question is not a matter of hair color, it is totally based on the individual and her personality. The fact that I went blond for a very short time (it was during the summer) was not because I had a burning desire to be blond. I had a new baby and I was depressed and thought a change would be good. However, changing the color of my hair did not, in any way, affect my outrageous, devil may care, yet charming personality. I'm kooky to begin with. I have fun in spite of circumstances. That probably explains my trying blond. In fact, it has been stated that I must be a blond disguised as a brunette.
The fact that my hair was brunette most of my life really had never been an issue for me. I know many blonds that don't fit the typical description of "dumb blond", and I know red heads who are not known for their hot temper. Now, I'm not sure I've ever heard of a saying that applied to brunettes, so I would have to surmise that brunettes fall in the range of being ‘normal’.
It occurs to me that one would have to be very shallow to classify a specific hair color as being the criteria by which someone has more fun. And, since hair follicles are not attached to the brain, hair color would have no affect on a person’s intellect.
Now, to the bottom line of my opinion. As I stated, I am now grey. I really got tired of using color to cover the grey, and really haven’t had much time lately to go through all the bother. I’ve been having too much fun! And, not only am I having fun, I am doing this in spite of the fact that I am a senior citizen with grey hair who is having more fun now that most people have in their twenties!
And so you see, the key to who has more fun is the person who has the best personality and interaction with others. It is the person who smiles regardless of their personal problems. They are able to get everyone around them cheerful and thus, they are all having fun. Who cares what color your hair is? It will change... believe me!
