10 Reasons not to diet

Beauty, health and fitness come in all sizes. You don't have to half starve yourself in order to look like stick-like actresses or models, happiness does not come from dieting alone. Dieting is a result of a deeper problem held within and until you have a look for the reason behind your dieting, why you are overeating, why you have no confidence, why your energy is depleted, you cannot expect mere dieting to change your world.

10 REASONS TO DITCH THAT DIET

1 Diets are Dangerous

How many people in the media today are a size 4 and look anorexic? Dieting can lead to the depletion of your natural energy, can cause calcium deficiency and in severe cases can lead to anorexia, bulemia, binge eating, in all these cases can be fatal. Look around at the more sexy rotund figures who have female curves and do not resemble a bag of bones.

2 Diets can rob you of your looks and energy

If you are constantly see-sawing between being overweight to thin then your body has to suffer. Eating is a part of your body's nourishment and if you deprive your body of certain elements this can lead to calcium deficiency, lack of energy, ashen skin and flat lifeless hair.

3 Diets are Boring

People who are constantly dieting talk about their weight excessively, think about nothing other than their calorie intake and are generally very boring to be with. Dieting an become obsessive which is not good for your body nor for your friends who have to listen to your incessant ranting. Dont be a bore. There is so much more to life than counting your cals. from the minute you wake up until you go to sleep at night.

4 Diets are not sexy

For some who diet they are overlooking their basic requirements within that causes either overeating or starving your body. If you take as much time out to research yourself as you put into counting cals., can you imagine just how great you would feel by investing time into yourself? Stop wasting time on trying to be someone that you are not and ultimately you will be far more confident, outgoing and even sexier.

5 Diets are expensive

One think I could never understand is when I am in a supermarket and see low-cal foods why are they so expensive. Low-cal dieting foods are supposed to contain less food so why then do they cost so much? If you eat natural vegatables then you will come up with the same result as forking out on expensive pre-made low-cal dinners. Just think when you shop.
