When it comes down to it, I will always choose a gasoline lawn mower over an electric lawn mower for the most part. The reasons that I have are quite valid, and I do own an electric lawn mower which I use for small jobs. But, when it comes to the big jobs I only use gasoline lawn mowers because the electric lawn mowers just haven’t advanced enough to do many of the hard jobs that I tackle on a daily basis. Yes there are many electric lawn mowers that are quite powerful, unfortunately they also cost a pretty penny, that a lot of us don’t have right now. When it comes right down to it I love gasoline lawn mowers because I can basically take the whole engine apart and rebuild it with ease, whereas an electric lawn mower is somewhat more of a complicated process.
I also like gasoline lawn mowers because I can basically cut as much grass as I need to, and I am only limited to how much gasoline I have on hand. Gasoline lawn mowers can also take a beating, and a gasoline lawn mower has a lot more power behind it. If you have to tackle a large lawn you will definitely be pleased with the power and durability that a gasoline powered lawn mower can provide, how you’ll be able to do the job quickly and effectively. One thing I can say about gasoline lawn mowers is that they are loud, but if you are using ear plugs or if your lawn mower has a good muffler on it then you won’t mind at all. Gasoline lawn mowers are also much easier then a gasoline lawn mower to fix, and you will definitely be impressed with the powerful cut and the quick work of it.
Gasoline lawn mowers are also much cheaper then electric lawn mowers, and if you know how to work on small engines and maintain them, you can find a cheap used lawn mower and fix it up which is what I like to do. New gasoline lawn mowers are also affordable, and if you purchase a new gasoline powered lawn mower it will most likely come with a warranty. I have always been impressed with gasoline lawn mowers because of their long life when you maintain them correctly, easy to repair small engine, and a powerful cut that makes all the difference if you live on a large piece of land.
