Webs of Insanity

Draw people in
As they marvel at
The silk that I can spin.
The webs of my insanity

The webs of my insanity
Hold the dewdrops of my tears
While people gasp at their shine
And my sadness keeps them near.
The webs of my insanity
Double as my walls-
They help me keep the others out
And to ignore their calls.
The webs of my insanity
Are miserably my home
While my pain leaves me to wander free,
Liberated but alone.
