I am going to give my opinion on solving this problem so you can accept it or not.  Since there was an injustice made to the original people of Palestine ( the Arabic population now the refugees) I think these people should be compensated decently.  It is not enough to offer an apology by the Israeli prime minister of Israel.  They should be compensated financially to guarantee their good life for ever.  America and especially great Britain is responsible in the major part about this problem since they have a historic responsibility for the creation of the state of Israel.

America in particular has to offer citizenship to whoever Palestinian refugee who wills to settle there.  Also Canada is an option for this as well.  Any country in the world is requested to be willing to give citizenship to the Palestinian refugees if they will to migrate.  In addition the citizenship there must be a decent financial compensation that would guarantee the well living and guarantee a secure life of these people.  Lets say an amount of 1 million dollars for each family who accepts to leave to settle in another country for ever.

Israel has a major responsibility in this.  They must pay compensation to these people for their signature to not will to return to Palestine.  This is the most practical solution to the refugees that I see that can be implemented with justice.

As for the land so I think that most of the west bank can be annexed to Jordan while the rest part of it will be annexed to Israel with its citizens that Arabs and the Jews.  People of the west bank can be citizens Israel like all Arabs inside Israel.  These people of the westbank that are annexed to Israel will have all the rights like every Jews in Israel.  Under Israeli citizenship people of the westbank can have self autonomy or self rule.

Gaza strip in my opinion can be annexed to Egypt and ran under the rule of the Egyptians like any other citizen of Egypt.  It will have a special status as it can be supported with funds by the USA to satisfy its people.  Elections would be held in Gaza to guarantee the real government of this area of the world.

A secular regime would be better in my opinion for Gaza as it can end the suffering of its people such as the siege on it.  Israel can be a state for the two people the Palestinian people and the Jewish people.  By this we can end this conflict for ever.  Israel should stop
