No Way Out – Desperado Part 1

Caged and enrage trying to find a way out; through exasperation and desperation; Harries fate grew beyond a shadow of a doubt. Now he’s trying to find his clout; living in a prison drought with no way out.

Living with built up pain and fury because of no more glory; convicted now restricted without hope of a runaway jury.

His life’s destination is now being decided by our legal legislation. His beginning only began until after the interrogation. The prosecution pushed for no parole or probation; now he’s stuck in a desperado situation. The judge made an example thru a court room demonstration; all because of the plaintiff’s accusation. Now Harry is full of frustration because the lawyer could not defend against the District Attorney’s argumentation; due to his prior F.T.A. violation.

His wit was no match against the D.A.’s manipulation; so as an effect his body became numb from the court room jitter pulsation. As he stood and waited for the jury’s final thought presentation; they came back somewhat quick without hesitation. Now depending on their deposition; the result will clearly decide his facial disposition.

So immediately without hesitation, Harry will be seeking an appeal with much better legal representation; which will probably get over turned; due to his past gang affiliation.

Now Harries life has been narrowed down to a single consolidation of desperation. No room to pause because the judge would not accept the probation before judgment clause.

His desperation further aroused the need to manipulate separation. His separation put a major stop on his inside operation; which lead to the allegation that he could have been wrongfully accused of delegation; now what a messed up situation.

Perhaps he should have been more creative in the art of persuasion, but due to the opposition; Harry was not in the position to negotiate for a better petition.

His desperate goal was to avoid the charge of distribution, which seemed very unlikely due to the verbal contribution of the prosecutor’s resolution.

So bottom line reads this way; Harry committed and unfortunately under oath he had to admit it. There was no chance of him being acquitted, now he’s being transmitted; everything he said thus far has been omitted. In some countries there is a great possibility Harry would have been beheaded.

So beyond a shadow of a doubt, as he verbally gave to a shout; this is the desperation of a man with no way out.
