Cold Sores can be very, very painful and embarrassing. Over time you get so sick and tired of cold sore after cold sore reaccurring time and time again.

I was for many years the King of cold sores, I kept them all the time. I have found 2 simple and inexpensive ingredients that have ended my war and pain against cold sores.

They are:

1. Baking Soda &

2. Hydrogen Peroxide

I did some research and discovered that most toothpastes have an ingredient that actually feeds and inflames cold sores... that's why I could never get rid of them.

As soon as I dissed the toothpaste and started using the baking soda and peroxide, my cold sores went away. I have to this day to see another one. With this remedy I've been cold sore free for a little over a year now.

Remembering how bad I hurt and the constant pain I encountered, I felt it was only right for me to help you and anyone else bothered by these little demons.

Here's how to use the products:  Take about a half mouth full of peroxide, swish it around. It will fizz up with little white bubbles.

Rinse your toothbrush with hot water then stick your toothbrush in the baking soda.. it will form a paste... after this:  Brush your teeth.

After you brush your teeth, rinse your mouth out with another half mouth full of peroxide.

Even if your cold sores are extremely bad this will cure them. It may take about 3 to 4 days but if you brush your teeth with the baking soda and peroxide and rinse with just the peroxide at least 3 to 4 time a day, it will get rid of them.

After the cold sores are gone you can reduce to your normal amount of brushing 1 to 2 times of brushing a day.            

Also if you don't want the cold sores to come back then DO NOT, DO NOT use regular toothpaste ever again. As soon as you use the regular toothpaste they will come back... I promise you, I know. These products will work on both inner mouth and outer mouth cold sores.

Some more Great News: These products are very inexpensive, you can get the banking soda for less than a dollar as well as the peroxide for less than a dollar.
