“Can you feel the rain as it drops slowly atop your head?”
Can you feel the rain as it drops slowly atop your head?
As I kneel down in meditation, my mind welcomes the
warmth from the dripping streams of water as I take a deep
breath and welcome the refreshing sensation of life as it
rejuvenates my spirit while cleansing my attic from the
cluttered frustration that lurked its edges, that also re-sealed
the foundation of my soul, and brought me back to a more
stable and vibrant entity to move forward.
try it; the time spent is worth more than you will ever know.

emit gas into the humid air,
as the smell of salt lingers
from the nearby
When it rains the old man thinks
He see's slithers of silver,
Littering his garden path.
His elderly brain turns lightening
