Theories of evil

In our Judeo-Christian society, we understand humans are fallen creatures and subject to evil desires. In fact, we were plagued with this evil tendency from the get-go, when Eve ate the forbidden fruit. Since then, mankind was separated from God, and as we read in the Bible, mankind is riddled with war, rape, murder, and other sins. (At the very least, man learned to dress fashionably after Adam and Eve were embarrassed at their nakedness. Can you imagine walking around today butt naked like they did?) Evil desires stem from Satan's relentless thirst for destruction of the human soul. Today, we see evil in our society through indifference, craziness, and appeasement.

First, when good people choose not to fight for what's right out of indifference, this is very evil. For instance, if a man walking down the street sees a woman being mugged, and the man chooses to look the other way, this is indifference. The man is a coward, plagued with fear of helping the woman in need. On a broader scale, when people live in excess and choose not to tithe to those in need in any way, this is indifference to those in need. It's pure evil.

Next, when people are hell-bent on thrusting their crazy ideologies down a population's throat, this is blatant evil. Take Adolf Hitler and Nazism, Stalin with Communism, the president of Iran with Anti-Americanism, and Castro with Communism. People suffering under these dictators' regimes, who opposed the craziness, were killed, murdered, put in work camps, and slaughtered for not following the dictators' evil ways.

Last, there is evil in appeasement. Learning from history, Chamberlain, the former British Prime Minister, didn't want to fight with Nazi Germany. So, in his stupid quest for "peace", he signed a non-aggression pact with Hitler. (Hitler is noted to have had his fingers crossed behind his back while signing the agreement. Just kidding). Just months later, Hitler started his march for global domination, and Chamberlain was seen as a pansy. Today, many country's leaders are cowing to the threat of Islamo-Fascism. These leaders want their people to be "comfortable", so they cave in to terrorist threats by Islamo-Fascists. We in America must fight against these terrorists and obtain victory over evil.

Satan is a great manipulator, and if people today aren't watchful, they could become susceptible to evil tendencies.
