If you see the Morning Glory.
In Summer Pheasant’s Eye.
Best put on your sombrero.
A Mexican Hat you will find.
None So Pretty as Tidy Tips.
Showy Evening Primrose.
Like a Blazing Star in the Cosmos.
A Dane’s Rocket, is not unknown.
In a Clasping Coneflower near the Bachelor’s Button.
A Standing Cypress behind a Texas Bluebonnet
Johnny Jump Up, Five Spot to Rose Mallow
A Bird’s Eye View of Queen’s Anne’s Lace.
As we pick wildflowers along the way.
Candytuft, Lemon Mint, Hollyhock and Chicory.
We say Farewell to Spring,
My Butterfly Weed.

And every tear I could possibly cry
Just swallowed,

With us
As a lovely

Daisy laughed and disobeyed
