I also think that Eric Cartman is awesome. One of the moments that I recall was the episode that featured the band Korn. It wasn't so much what he was saying, but it was the fact that he was carrying around an Antonio Banderras blow up doll. This shows that he is naive.
Another time is when he dresses up as a robot called awesome-o and all of his ideas for films are to do with Adam Sandler. These include him falling in love with a girl who turns out to be a golden retriever and one where he falls in love with a coconut whilst stranded on a desert island.
Another hilarious Cartman moment is during the weight gain episode. He sys to Stan,
"If dolphins are so smart, then why do they live in igloos?"
Anther thing I find funny is that he hates hippies with a vengeance and he starts up a pest control service to get rid of them. I could go on, but I won't.
