MyLot.com is a site that has been around for quite awhile now and is a very much talked about site to make money posting. If you are to go online to find ways to make money, there would be many who would be talking about myLot.com and would probably suggest that you join the site. So I decided to check out the site and see what the hoopla's all about.

MyLot.com is a forum-like site where its members make money posting discussion topics and others would comment on it. Members are paid for their participation in discussions. The exact calculation is a mystery and is widely speculated and discussed by its members.

What is known is quality discussions where many members are involved get rewarded more than those which didn't get much response. But then again, this is my take on it. The actual calculation is still unknown.

At myLot.com, members can supplement their earnings by doing tasks submitted by other members. These tasks could range from writing essays on given topics to signing up to certain sites as required by the task-creators. Members are paid anywhere from $0.01 to $4 for approved tasks. The amount awarded is specified in the task. And this is the only place where you know how much you're earning.

MyLot.com also has a referral system which allows its members to refer other people to the site through their referral link and earn a fraction from their referrals' earnings. The payout is quite low at $10 paid straight to Paypal. Another way to earn on this site is to upload pictures and when other members use your pictures in their discussions, you'll be rewarded.

It's fairly easy to earn from this site if you have the time to stay on the site to start discussions and comment on other people's discussions. But at times, the topics started by some of its members are too mundane to warrant any comments.

I seldom start a discussion unless I have an issue to resolve. I prefer to comment in discussions started by others. So, my earnings are not remarkable. I go to the site sometimes to see what people are talking about.

If you like socializing with other people online, myLot.com is a site you should join. The members there are friendly and are very willing to help. You might sometimes get nuggets of information that you never knew before.
