From much experience in numerous traveling adventures, I have discovered the best rental car company. This company has worked with me in having to typically drop the vehicle off at a different location for a much cheaper price than the competitor. This company is Hertz Rental Car.

Let me tell you a story about Hertz Rental Car. I had reserved a vehicle that was going to be used to travel about 10 hours from my work to home. It was a one way as I was transferring my work location in the Marine Corps. I went to get the vehicle in quite possibly the worst DC traffic ever and finally the Hertz Rental Car Agency had a car on the road nearby to me and picked me up to go to the office. At this point in time the vehicle I had requested was not there. So instead of a Ford Focus, I received a Grand Marquis. So at this point I was not please with Hertz at all.

I completed the trip as planned with quite a bit more gas (3.00 a gallon) than it should have been. So annoyed and planning to never do business with again I call. It was this great customer service that makes them great. They reimbursed me for my entire trip and gave me the money for gas back as well. A company like this cannot be passed up.

This is why in my opinion that Hertz Rental car cannot be passed up on and should be used by everyone because of their competitive rates and outstanding customer service. Their website is www.hertz.com and will help you out anytime of day.
