Attention to the care of your skin should be an everyday, lifelong practice. Not just when summer rolls around or in preparation for your trip to a sunny shore. Applying make-up is a timeless practice that most women fall into. But if the skin underneath is neglected, make-up can turn from an option to a necessity; and that's an ugly situation.
By now, we should all know about drinking plenty of water; cleansing, exfoliating, toning, and moisturizing day and night; B vitamins being the undisputed beauty vitamins for hair, skin, and nails; SPF to protect from sun damage, and beauty rest. Milk and honey added to a rooibos brew is a tasty relaxing treat.
2. African Shea Butter. 100% natural African Shea butter will transform the condition of your skin from head to toe. After every shower, rub the butter over every inch of your body you can reach. It's the ultimate moisturizer for dry skin. Not only that, regular use of African Shea butter can help diminish dark spots, eczema, and stretch marks; eventually giving your skin even tone. It is great for all shades and skin types. Some people even rub a bit on their face, touting that it helps with blemishes and preventing breakouts.
3. Aloe Vera Gel. You can get this in the bottle from the drug store, or straight from the plant in the grocery store; both are great to use. Just be sure the bottle you choose is 100% pure aloe vera gel and doesn't
