Contemplating the purpose of life

What is our purpose?

Everyone has a purpose and a reason why they are here. Through meditation and seeking answers from our Angels we are able to get a glimpse of the future. Once we have a clear idea of our life's purpose we can move forward with a new awareness and renewed purpose.
Without a clear direction or focus on the future we are a ship with no rudder, just pushed by the wind and the waves and no real control of where we are heading. Once we can find purpose and most of all the purpose of what we have to achieve in this life then we can undertake the necessary changes in order to move forward.

We have a lot of lessons to learn in each life and it is how we react to the little things as well as the big things that shapes who we are. We can only do the best that we can do with the decisions that we make, it is up to other people how they react and respond. If we have forgiveness in our heart and show love but other people are not able to accept that, we cannot be held accountable for them. They are on their own journey of discovery and self awareness and they need to try and achieve a higher state of awareness where they are able to come to terms with their own feelings and are able to find forgiveness and love.
One purpose that is common to everyone is to try and achieve a higher level of awareness where we are able to find peace and love.
Through a series of little self discoveries and with the help of a close friend I have been able to look at my life from a new vantage point. From this new perspective I can see that I have been drifting aimlessly through life on whatever whim I feel is appropriate at the time. I can see clearly now the fog has lifted and now know that I have to be a positive role model for my children and that I need to be the best that I can be for them. I need to find forgiveness and peace in my heart so I can let go of ego and self centered and focus on giving love and having better relationships.
It is through interacting with others that we learn to grow and through relationships that we learn who we really are and how best we can serve.
We need to realise that we can not change the past but must learn from our mistakes and do our best to replace that negative energy with positive experiences and lessons.

We can all too often blame ourselves for the mistakes of the past and not move on. We need to find forgiveness in our own hearts and minds for the things that did not go quite according to our plan. We need to gain a new perspective
