How to find a job that doesn't make you miserable

How do you find a job that doesn't make you miserable? Here's the thing, I'm only fifteen and don't have much experience in the job field but I have had jobs. I mow lawns I work conventions for a home school company and I sew leather holsters for concealed handguns. The truth is, you can't just find a job (without trying) that doesn't make you miserable you have to put yourself out there and try out the jobs.

Now I know that this sounds time consuming and difficult but you could also just ask the manager of a store / company to let you watch someone on the job for a day and if it seems like something you might want to do then try to get the job and if you do then you can decide whether it's right for you or not. Oh no another time consuming effort driven choice to finding a great job, well from my experience I've learned that when you work hard take the time and exert the effort you'll get better results than when your not trying very hard.

Here's an example. This summer I had to get some more money because i want to fly to California to see my old friends so I went to about 50 peoples houses asking if they needed their lawn mowed some turned me down some accepted. No I know you might be think well "guess what kid I don't want to mow lawns through the winter BECAUSE YOU CAN'T" It's just an example the point is you have to try very hard to get a job.

You also just need to ask yourself, "what do I enjoy doing?" If you like to serve people you could work for the church, or join the city utility company. If you enjoy labor and construction you might want to join a construction crew. If your extremely lazy then you might look into truck driving, bus driver, etc. Everyone is different you just have to ask yourself what you want to be doing.

Another way to find a job is through job websites like TheLadders.com, Indeed.com, Monster.com. all of these websites also take some time. They take time because people have to find your posts then look at your profile think it over for a couple of days meet you and THEN after all that you might get the job. I wouldn't depend on websites to try to find a job.

Here's one last idea to think on. I personally love mowing and sewing leather holsters but i really really dislike working for the home school company but it makes money. You can't always find a job that makes you really happy sometimes you just have to settle for what you can get. But it's way better to have a job you like / love.
