The legal battle over marijuana use

I have a VERY strong oppinion on this topic.
I belive Marijuana should be legalized, and I have a few good, valid reasons why.
First of all, Marijuana has many medicinal purposes, such as eye problems, pain problems, some cases of amnesia, arthritus, eating disorders and many other ailneses.
It has been medically proven to be better for you then it is bad for you.
My second reason, Alcohal is legal, it has no medicinal purpuse, and it messes you up WAY more then pot does, yet it is concidered safer then marijuana, now this is something i dont understand. Alcohal distorts your perception, judgement, and decision making processes, Marijuana, however, makes you hungry, drowsy, feel strong waves of euphoria, makes you a bit lazy, and makes things funnier, but it does not effect your judgement or decision making, unless you are trying to decide a resturaunt to order from.
My last reason is that it is from the earth. People smoke Tobacco everyday, everywhere in the united states and die from it, but you dont hear about someone having chronic bronchitis from smoking too much cronic!
So come on government fat cats, lighten up and light up!
