Poetry: Storms

by Demetrew Wilfredo Flores

Created on: April 22, 2010

The wind blows cold with memories of the past

Lovers caught in tight embrace as if love would last

The rain pours in trickles bringing back memories

A world of greed trapped in heaps of environmental worries

Thunder and lightning brings light and sound in a boom

A life of desolation hangs in the balance to be left in doom
