To my Savior:
Thank You for Your prayer in the garden, when You could have said no. Instead You did the will of Your Father and not Your own, knowing what would happen. Thank You for taking the whip across Your back, for my sins. For the Grace given to all even as the nails were driven into Your hands and feet. Even though I am just as guilty of having a hand on that mallet.
When the thorns pierced Your head You displayed Mercy to all. With the weight of the cross on Your scarred back and with each step You thought of me. You willingly spread out Your arms to take the worlds sin upon Yourself, to set a sinful world free.
Thank You for Your humbleness and obedience. For not only did You do it for all creation, thank You for doing it for me.
