Once upon a time, there beneath the redwood tree forest lived Bart the Bear who really
didn't care about blueberry jam.If he didn't have honey, he was not a funny bear. Infact, he
was a bit mad.
He went to the river. He traveled through the cold; the snow and ice until it all became rain.
The river began to flow... rapid! The turtles became excited and started snappin'. Terry the

Turtle was concerned that his tail would get snapped, so he pulled his head and tail ALL THE
WAY in his shell.
Ronnie the Rabbit whom had a habit of hopping in the thick brush for safety, yet it was
amazing to him to find his way out again.Out of the brush he rushed and into the forest!

He then saw (Terry the Turtle) better known to Frank the Fawn as
the tourtoise with a miss called Sara the snapper. So as that river flowed Terry came out of
his shell looking for Miss Sara(What a pair of turtles they were). Sara snapped a stick right in
front of the nose of Terry. To Terry it was quite, quite scary!
He said "Please Sara, mind your mouth" You nearly scared the shell from my head and tail!
" Look! Look now!" " Here comes Christy the
Cow" exclaimed Ronnie the Rabbit. The whole forest depends on her words and advise as she chews her cud.Sometimes the redwood
forest was so hot and sometimes it would rain. It made the trees bear fruit and Frank the
Fawn was hungry too. He ate the apples, he ate the pears, and yes he even ate the farmers
corn until one day he was warned as he heard a BLAST! He ran fast and never went back.
Rabi Racoon was concerned the forest was doomed. He wanted happiness there.
Everyone listened to Mr. Racoon because he knew how to solve problems and he had to
do it soon!
He went to pick some blueberries and offered them to Bart the Bear. Very grumpy, from not
having his honey he said "No thanks Coon, they are much to dirty for me to consume!"
Rabi Racoon as patient as could be decided to take a trip to the river flowing free. He brought
the berries denied by the bear. He washed them between his paws with care. He brought them
back and old Bart said,"listen here! They are way too round! I don't like how they feel in my
mouth!"
Mr. Racoon soon sees another view. He can use some help from the others so the grumpy,
growling sounds heard all around will stop.
Slowly, Christy the cow came chewing her cud. Rabi Racoon asked her to help, then dashed off to see the others.
He saw Terry the turtle and said..."May I borrow your huge, thick shell"? "sure" said Terry
