Oh curse of living in a land
Where milk and honey are at hand
Not to mention fast food fare
With larger portions if you dare
Where sitting at a desk all day
And ev’ning by the TV lay
It is no wonder we all need
To shed some pounds and cease to feed
The munchies living in our heads
It’s time we dieted instead!
