Everybody wants to stay happy all the time. It might be unrealistic to expect ourselves to be happy and satisfied for each second during one day. However, there are the ways to make us really feel good about ourselves and our lives and stay positive all the time. What are these tips? You may consult the following points to get some inspiring ideas:

Tip 1 Stop pushing yourself to lose weight.

You might be bothered by your over-weight problem for long time. It makes you feel worse and worse about your personal or professional look. But you should know one thing: a person’s true charm actually comes from his or her personality and confidence.  While you focus on pushing yourself to lose pounds and worrying about how your look can be in others’ eyes, you may really look bad not because of your dressing size but of your low self-esteem.

If you feel you really have over-weight problem, no problem, face it and take time to do exercises regularly each day. However, you should stop criticizing your own figure. You show tell yourself even now you carry more pounds than before or than your friends, you are still so unique and look great. You see, now even the plus-size girls climb onto the magazine cover and cat-walk stages to show their full figures. Why you can’t feel good about your full figure?

Losing weight should only be a choice in your life, not a pressure to make you feel bad about yourself.

Tip 2 Do something you really have passion for.

Sometimes a person feels happy or not, not because he or she has enough money or not, but because he or she has no passion about his or her own life. Therefore, if after you get everything in your life, you still don’t feel happy, you should think about search something you really have passion for to do. When you are doing something that makes you excited, even you don’t earn a lot of money from it, you will still enjoy your day and feel good about your life.

Tip 3 Stop complaining about everything and learn to feel thankful about the things you already have.

Some people are like that: even they have gotten the whole world they still complain all day and feel unhappy about everything. In fact, if you are one of these people, you should take time to read more international or regional news which talk about the poor people or the really unlucky people around you. You can compare your situation with the poor and unlucky people and tell yourself to feel thankful for the things you already own in your life. If you want to be happy, you can never be too greedy or always try to fight for the things that don’t belong to you. Be open-minded to accept the life you have and feel thankful for everything you already get.

Tip 4 If possible, go travelling alone or with someone you love.

It is said that the residents who live in cold regions are much easier to be attacked by depression, since during the long winter they have less chance to see sunshine or do outdoor activities. If you are one of these cases, you should think about each year to make a trip to a place where it’s warmer than the city you stay in. While you enjoy your trip, you might know more about others life and start to understand how lucky you are in your own life.
