You Are Being Watched Behind The Wheel And They Are After Your Money
Photo Radar, Red Light Cameras, Radar Vans, Speed Traps – the list goes on and on. It seems in today’s high tech world the chips are stacked against the typical driver. With literally thousands of these devices being installed in the US every year it is quickly becoming harder and harder to avoid slipping up at the wrong time in the wrong place. The photo radar and red light cameras are a financial boon to local and state governments but they are also becoming a huge hassle for the every day driver. In the end they catch a lot more of the reasonable good drivers than they do the speed freaks.
What can we do about it?
Besides being paranoid, constantly worried about the possible surprise flash that ruins your day while you are driving across town. You can put technology and the knowledge of other drivers on the road ahead of you to great use. There is a new app for the i-Phone that keeps you abreast of what lies ahead and allows you to share in real time photo radar locations that you see with other like-minded drivers as well. It’s called i-Coyote and it takes the short falls of all previous solutions like Trapster and wipes them out with a sophisticated yet elegant solution that has an up-to-date database of all of the current fixed camera positions and allows you and other drivers to share the current locations of all of the mobile units. It even lets you know if other users have recently traveled the same path you are on so you can rest assured the road ahead has already been scouted.
This simple software solution reminds me of the old saying that it takes a village to raise a child. Well, now it takes a social network to drive your vehicle without getting surprised and fined for not paying perfect attention. The days of big brother having the edge may be coming to an end. Social Media meets driving in a powerful and dynamic way to keep us safe and fine free. A real solution is finally here and it is a free download! To learn more visit them at www.coyotesystems.com.
Rumor has it that Coyote is working on a stand alone gadget that takes the i-phone app to the next level and it could revolutionize how we drive and how we share our road knowledge. Coyote Systems is a small company just outside of Paris that obviously has some big brain-power and they are finally letting us Yanks in on their secrets. They might have come up with the best thing since fries!
