LIFE'S ROLLER COASTER

Life is like a see saw, there are so many ups and downs;

I try to be positive, but sometimes it is so hard not to frown.

Just like the weather, life's situations are no guarantee;

You can be blinded, visions can be hard to see.

One moment you are blessed with success,

Next thing you know you are a total mess.

With the blink of an eye, disaster can take you to your knees.

Makes you pull out your hair, you scream you want to be free.

It can be so frustrating, it's like a tug of war;

Life changing events can be a struggle, it's so hard just to break par.

I have seen good times, and I felt like nothing could go wrong;

But without any warning, those happy moments disappeared, they were all gone.

It makes you want to pull your hair out, just can't figure things out;

You try to maintain your cool, but in the end, you just want to shout.

Why is this happening, I thought about that alot;

Reaching that ultimate gold, all I want is just a shot.

I have been so close, in fact I can now see the light;

My future is still bright, I have the world in my sights.

Struggles have proved a fact, opportunities are hard to find;

But no matter how many times I fail, success is always on my mind.
