When it is your skin that bothers you, you need to take up measures to solve the problem. First off, avoid using artificial methods as they usually have a lot of side effects. You can replace artificial cosmetics by organic ones to make sure you are skin does not come in contact with alcohol or other chemicals that can become the cause of irritation and allergies.
A little bit about Acne:
Acne is one of the disorders which causes the skin to break out and become inflammable. It usually erupts during ones teenage also called the pimple age and adults can also have it. It is actually caused by the great amounts of testosterone (hormone) and oils produced during teenage. Yet, reasons like stress, emotional disturbance and an inappropriate lifestyle can also play major roles in causing it.
Here are some things which will help your acne out and you will spot the difference within a matter of a month only:
-Honey:
Honey is an antiseptic and has the ability of protecting your skin from a variety of toxins and bacteria. It is very smooth and gentle on touch and does wonders on your skin by diminishing the pimples’ scars on your face.
- An appropriate soap:
Acne soaps are usually sulfur based. Try using it twice daily, once when you wash your face after waking and once before going to bed. Be careful while washing your skin as many people tend to scrub a lot which causes the activation of sebaceous glands making them produce sebum and in this way you get more acne.
-Multi-vitamins:
Acne indicates that your body is not working properly and something is wrong with it. Skin is a blessing in disguise and a very important of our body but it is usually ignored. Your diet plays a big role for the enhancement of your skin and if your body is not getting adequate nutrition then it retaliates and one of the most common ways of doing that is by causing acne. So, always try to eat right!
-Keep your hair away:
Hair has oil and its contact with your face will increase the breakouts on your face. So, be practical, and keep your hair away from your face by tying them up into a pony tail and try to wash your hair everyday after exercising.
-Avoid Makeup:
Make up is able to clog your pores and increase the pimple and blackheads on your face. So try your best in avoiding makeup as much as you can. If you really want to and have to, then use the products which are composed of water.
