It has always been there
From the moment I learned to read
To hold a pencil
Write a word
I just did not know it
Nor did anyone else
Words of encouragement

Only to fade away
But it has been business
Learning, listening, taking it all in
Putting things together
Preparing for the silent to end
Leap from within me one day
Interfered with my thinking
Demands to be let out
To take that change
Achieve the accomplishment
Anyway possible
Now we live in harmony
My muse and me
Coexistence has brighten all our days
We can be who we are supposed to be.
